The District Court Bülach employs around 90 staff and offers a centrally located workplace in close proximity to the train station in Bülach.
Due to the retirement of the previous position holder, we are looking for an administrative secretary for our commercial office starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement, with working days on Monday and Friday (otherwise flexible).

Administrative Secretary (50-100%)
Your area of responsibility
Your responsibilities include managing the telephone switchboard (receiving, processing, and forwarding all incoming calls) primarily together with three other people, managing electronic legal communication, handling archive requests, as well as preparing and sending decisions, monitoring deadlines, and managing file traffic. In addition to general secretarial duties, you will share mail service duties with other office staff and assist in other commercial areas as needed.
Your profile
These varied and challenging tasks require a reliable and service-oriented personality with a quick grasp and a flair for telephone work. You excel at managing your diverse daily tasks independently and in an organized manner. Good manners and discretion are a matter of course for you. You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience (preferably in public administration). Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills are required. If you also work efficiently and communicate flawlessly in the local dialect, we look forward to meeting you.
