To complete our nursing service team at the Regional Hospital of Locarno La Carità, we are looking for
Social and Health Care Workers and/or Care Assistants (100%)
Profile:
The people we are looking for have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to work interdisciplinarily as well as a team-oriented attitude. They possess good organizational skills and are able to manage their own work independently, paying particular attention to compliance with order and procedures; they are dynamic and proactive individuals.
They believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention and dedicate themselves personally and actively to their continuous improvement.
Necessary requirements:
- Federal certificate of practical training (CFP) as Social and Health Care Worker or cantonal diploma as Care Assistant (or equivalent recognized qualification);
- willingness to work shifts;
- good stress management;
- attitude towards quality service and multidisciplinary collaboration;
- balanced character, flexibility, and positive attitude;
- knowledge of spoken and written Italian and preferably a second national language;
- knowledge of main computer tools (Office package).
