Construction Manager in Industrial Infrastructure

Mission
As a Construction Manager, you ensure the overall management, planning, and coordination of industrial sites. You guarantee realizations that meet technical requirements, respecting deadlines, costs, quality, and safety.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of industrial sites, while ensuring their monitoring, progress, and delivery.
- Define execution methods, organize site logistics, and anticipate material and human needs.
- Supervise and support site managers and field teams: coaching, guidance, mobilization, and follow-up.
- Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the sites (hours, measurements, reports, costs, temporary invoices).
- Constantly ensure compliance with standards, internal procedures, and safety rules, while anticipating operational risks.
- Represent the entity during site meetings with project managers, design offices, engineers, and external partners.
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a network electrician, electrical installer, or equivalent recognized training (ESTI or similar). Electrician site manager certification is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in construction management or industrial site management; medium/high voltage experience is a major asset.
- Demonstrated team management skills and strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, anticipation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills, ability to negotiate and manage priorities in a demanding environment.
- Dynamic, reliable, autonomous, and flexible person.
- Driver's license.
