Your Tasks
You bring the following:
We are looking for an experienced project manager who has a strong sense of quality and duty as well as negotiation skills. Furthermore, you are used to working independently and convince with your high team spirit, service orientation, and organizational talent.
- Responsibility for organization and project execution considering quality, deadlines, and cost compliance
- Main contact person for our customers and partners from inquiry through order placement to project handover
- Coordination and deployment planning of technicians including project controlling
- Support and advice to the sales department in preparing offers including project organization and associated information flow
- Connection and coordination of alarm transmission devices including maintaining customer files
- Collaboration with customers, partners, and internal departments in all administrative matters
- Creation, updating, and maintenance of system documentation including schematics
Our Requirements
- Training as an electrician or telematics technician with several years of professional and leadership experience (mandatory) and commercial further education
- Knowledge of VKF and SES fire alarm regulations is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Fluent German language skills
- Driver's license category B
- Swiss citizen or C residence permit with impeccable reputation (no entry in the central criminal register and debt collection record)
