For our Vice Rectorate for Teaching, we are looking for a Program Director: Business Administration 80-100% starting February 1, 2026 or by agreement.
You are responsible for the following main tasks
- Operational responsibility for the proper implementation of the degree programs
- Ensuring the quality of the degree programs and compliance with the processes/regulations of the university of applied sciences
- Marketing of the assigned degree programs including participation in information events and advising prospective students
- (Further) development and positioning of new and existing degree programs.
- Evaluation, selection, and management of lecturers.
- Participation in committees (e.g., grading committee) and projects
What you bring with you
- University degree (Master's) in a related field of study
- Experience in the design and implementation of degree programs
- Several years of professional experience in business-oriented functions, ideally with interfaces to education, training, or organizational development
- High affinity for digital learning and IT applications such as LMS, ERP systems, AI tools, and MS Office as well as good user skills
- Enjoyment of conceptual work and operational implementation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, customer orientation, result responsibility, and strong communication skills
- Experience in project management
- Very good German skills as well as good English; French skills desirable
