Your task

• Organization of the training of FaGe and AGS apprentices, support of FA long-term care and support as well as training of HF students
• Close cooperation and coaching of trainers
• Recruitment of new apprentices, organization of selection procedures and introductions
• Cooperation with schools, HF Uri nursing training network and external partners
• Co-designing the future of Spannort as a member of management

Your profile

• Nursing training at tertiary level, trainer course
• Further training (SVEB 1), interest in completing the federal specialist certificate for trainers
• High social competence, pedagogical and organizational flair
