Your Tasks
- Inspection of engine parts and components
- Implementation of aviation regulations as well as compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Application of lean methods (e.g., lean events, 5S) and participation in process improvements
- Preparation of work papers for internal and external overhauls
- Clarification of deviations from manufacturer specifications with technical support
- Conducting follow-up and intermediate inspections during rework
- Participation in internal audits to further improve quality and infrastructure
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., polymechanic, automotive or mechanical mechanic)
- Precise, responsible, and independent working style according to quality specifications
- Team-oriented and reliable personality, ready to work in a 2-shift system
- Good IT skills (MS Office), SAP is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Technical understanding, logical thinking ability, and high sense of responsibility for safety, quality, performance, and costs
