What awaits you
- Independent handling of personal injuries in the accident insurance sector (UVG, UVGZ, individual accident), including medical assessment
- Telephone contact with employers, insured persons, service providers as well as social and liability insurers
- Handling individual and standardized correspondence
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments (specialist management, legal service, consulting doctors)
- Accompanying and supporting customer visits
What you bring
- Commercial or equivalent basic training, social insurance specialist certificate desired or willingness to obtain it
- Professional experience in UVG or general personal injury as well as good medical understanding
- Confident German in spoken and written form, foreign language skills in French and/or English are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, high customer orientation, networked and efficient thinking
