You are responsible for classical cultural microbiology. This includes the preparation of nutrient media, sample preparation, germ differentiation, and germ count determinations. You take over the evaluation of microbiological tests in the field of food microbiology and contribute significantly to quality assurance processes. In addition to classical methods, you also work with modern alternative and rapid methods such as Vidas or flow cytometry.
- Completed training as a biology laboratory technician or microbiologist
- Sound knowledge in food microbiology
- Ideally, professional experience in microbiological quality control
- Experience in the ISO area is an advantage
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness for occasional on-call duty on weekends or public holidays
- Exciting, varied activity in a motivated team
