At Sika Manufacturing AG in Sarnen, we manufacture high-quality plastic membranes for roof, tunnel, and structural waterproofing. To strengthen our logistics teams, we are looking for a committed and experienced Employee Administration Logistics to start immediately or by arrangement.
Job Description
- Planning and preparation for customer orders
- Serving internal and external customers and drivers at the counter
- Monitoring items with limited shelf life in the Sarnen warehouse
- Processing customer returns
- General administrative tasks
- Assisting with the annual inventory
- Monitoring fixed membrane storage locations
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Several years of practical experience as a logistics specialist desired
- Experienced forklift driver with Suva-recognized license
- Physically resilient and accustomed to working under time pressure
- Precise, independent, and reliable working style
- Good user knowledge of the SAP system, especially for transfers, inbound and outbound storage, as well as processing customs documents
- Confident handling of PC applications, especially MS Office
- Practical know-how in creating and processing customer orders
- Experience in scheduling trucks or transport coordination is an advantage
- Teamwork
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
