Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Main Responsibilities

You work passionately and committedly together with your team as well as other departments and external partners
You ensure smooth processes in your area of expertise while maintaining our high-quality standards
- Planning and implementation of sales and promotional activities in the leisure as well as meetings & events segments in the markets of Switzerland, USA, South America, Great Britain, and EU.
- Active new customer acquisition as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships through telemarketing, personal meetings, and participation in roadshows, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Professional maintenance of the CRM database including documentation of customer needs, contact history, and creation of individual offers.
- Regular analysis and reporting of sales activities as well as monitoring of customer production.
- Development and implementation of sales concepts and action plans
- Ensuring compliance with price, distribution, and revenue management strategies.
- Organization and supervision of house tours, site inspections, and FAM trips for customers and partners.
- Analysis of market and performance data (e.g., STR Global, PMS reports) to support pricing and yield management decisions in close cooperation with the Director of Sales
Your Profile
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and a strong commitment to achieving excellent results in all tasks
- Education/studies in hospitality, tourism, or at a higher technical school with a focus on sales
- Strong organizational skills as well as experience in independent project coordination and task prioritization
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English, as well as German and/or French
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365, CRM, CMS tools
- Willingness to travel in Europe and overseas
- Assertiveness and a convincing communication style
- Exceptional interpersonal skills as well as a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
