Your Tasks
- Holistic care and support of patients (m/f/d) with internal diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal diseases, infections)
- Monitoring and administration of infusion therapies
- Promotion of mobility and independence, including fall prevention and provision of aids
- Management of chronic diseases and support in therapy adjustment
- Preparation, assistance, and follow-up of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- (e.g., sonography, endoscopy)
- Nursing documentation as well as interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors (m/f/d) and therapists (m/f/d)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), or medical assistant (m/f/d)
- Confident handling of clinic-specific IT systems
- Committed, team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
- Resilience and flexibility in everyday ward work
- Willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
