What you bring
Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
Completed leadership training according to the Spitex regulations DFS Thurgau
Several years of practical professional experience, preferably in the Spitex sector
Up-to-date IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
Proven teamwork skills, high communication, self and social competence
Strong customer and service orientation
Flexibility, efficiency and resilience
Driver's license category B
