YOUR TASKS

• Personal and individual care of patients and guests
• Increase patient satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty to the clinic
• Representation of the Head of Guest Services
• Support the Head of Guest Services with various administrative tasks
• Training of new employees
• Participation in projects
• Continuous information/training regarding service standards

YOUR PROFILE

• Leadership personality with experience in a similar role
• Front- and service-oriented host with tact
• Reliable, discreet, and resilient personality, skilled and empathetic in dealing with patients, visitors, and employees
  
• Excellent manners and very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Completed basic training in gastronomy or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in healthcare and hospital sector is an advantage

We work in shift operation, between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. - without split shifts, without room hours. This also leaves time for your private life.
