- You convince with an open attitude towards change processes, the ability to motivate, assertiveness, initiative, and independent, solution-oriented action.
- You possess high communication and conflict skills, reliability, as well as experience in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You are willing to further qualify yourself through regular leadership training and measures.
