To strengthen our finance team in the area of Commercial Controlling, we are looking for a motivated and committed Controller Fashion (m/f/d), 100% at the Basel Headquarters, starting 01.10.2025.

Your responsibilities

• You are the business partner of the Fashion unit to maximize financial performance (Category Director, Head of Product Managers, Product Managers …)
• You analyze the weekly performance of the unit (sales, margin, inventory) and are involved in developing sales measures by quantifying the financial impacts
• You actively participate in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• You implement reporting and track the results of your departments' highlights (promotion periods, clearance sales, Black Friday, Christmas ...).
• You conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses.
• You participate in strategic projects.

Your profile

• You have a university degree with training in finance/controlling.
• You have gained professional experience in controlling, ideally in retail/fashion.
• You have very good German, French, and English skills.
• You are proficient in MS Office (mainly Excel) and reporting tools.
• You are open, proactive, and bring your own ideas.
• You have strong analytical and synthesis skills and can translate complex data into clear recommendations for management.
• You handle frequent changes confidently.
