Head of Final Assembly (a)

Your tasks with us

• You take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of the employees of an assembly team
• You ensure regular information & communication within the team
• You take over the deployment planning of employees as well as responsibility for personnel requirements
• You work closely with other departments to ensure parts supply for assembly
• You ensure a smooth assembly process and monitor the assembly regarding quality, deadlines, and time specifications
• You proactively collect key figures regarding efficiency, quality, WIP, and update the daily situation on the Shopfloor Management Board
• You initiate and support activities for the sustainable improvement of occupational safety, ergonomics, efficiency, processes, and products

The strengths you bring with you

• You have a technical vocational training (polymechanic, designer, automation technician or similar)
• You have further training at HF or FH level in work preparation, processes, project management, or technology
• You have several years of professional experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in mechanical and plant engineering
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in leading employees
• You work with Lean and Change Management tools, preferably supported by further training
• You have experience in occupational safety, quality management, ergonomics, and project work
• You possess excellent skills in communication, conflict management, and interpersonal relationships
