The minutes of the meeting of June 3, 2025, were publicly available for 20 days starting 10 days after the meeting. During the display period, an objection was submitted. The municipal council adjusted the minutes according to the submission and subsequently approved them.

The documents related to the agenda items are publicly available for inspection at the Hellsau municipal administration 30 days before the municipal assembly and can be viewed at www.hellsau.ch. Additionally, before the municipal assembly, the December 2025 message with information on the agenda items will be distributed to all households.

Assembly decisions can be contested within 30 days, or within 10 days for elections, after the assembly by written, reasoned complaint to the district governor, Emmental administrative district, Dorfstrasse 21, 3550 Langnau (Art. 60ff of the Administrative Procedure Act). Violations of jurisdiction and procedural regulations must be immediately objected to at the assembly according to Art. 49a of the Municipal Act. Those who have culpably omitted timely objections may no longer file complaints afterwards.

All eligible voters who have reached the age of 18 and have resided in the municipality for 3 months are cordially invited to this assembly.
