Specialist Corporate Actions (80 - 100%)

Olten |up to 40% home office | Reference 7130

As a Specialist Corporate Actions Information Management, you inform participants in a timely manner and with high data quality about upcoming corporate actions. In doing so, you validate the relevant information, enrich it with additional information, and proactively clarify with various data sources (e.g., companies, registrars, agents, custodians, CSDs, etc.).

These are your tasks

Timely and independent notification of upcoming corporate actions
Collaboration with other departments (interfaces)
Responding to customer inquiries (phone, email, etc.) / Expert talks to Expert
Reconciling and comparing different information sources (e.g., prospectuses, SIX iD, Bloomberg, DTCC, sub-custodian, agents, internet, etc.)

What you bring

Good communication skills
Committed team player with high quality standards
Independent, goal-oriented, and flexible working style
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is a plus
