Your Main Tasks

• Professional and organizational leadership of sterile goods production with a high degree of independence
• Proper organization of shifts and ensuring the supply of sterile goods to our internal and external customers
• Coordination and optimization of processes within the framework of various Lean Management activities
• Organization of daily business, professional guidance and training of employees, as well as ensuring quality in medical device reprocessing considering hygienic, economic, and ecological criteria
• Close contact with customers and participation in the further development of our quality management system

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as well as technical expertise training as Sterilization Assistant I – II
• Several years of professional experience in sterile goods supply
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Good MS Office user skills and business fluent German in spoken and written form
• Goal-oriented and innovative personality with assertiveness and organizational talent
