The Bern Historical Museum is one of the most important cultural history museums in Switzerland. It is a growing repository of knowledge and experience for the culture and history of Bern and the world. The collections on history, archaeology, and ethnography comprise around 567,000 objects. They offer insights into living environments from different historical periods and cultural contexts. The integrated Einstein Museum places the life and work of the physicist in the context of world history.
We are looking for a(n) starting February 1, 2026, for 6 to 12 months
Intern Marketing and Communication (100%)
Your tasks:
- Maintenance and further development of our communication channels (social media, newsletter, website)
- Support in marketing and communication for projects (events, exhibitions)
- Media monitoring and editorial work
- Administrative and organizational tasks
Your profile:
- Ongoing or recently completed training/education in marketing and/or communication
- Interest in culture and museums
- First practical experience in marketing/communication is an advantage (social media, content production)
- Creativity, organizational talent, efficiency, and initiative
- Confident German as well as good French and English skills (spoken and written)
