Your Tasks
You process customer inquiries, create offers, and actively follow up on them
You advise our customers (resellers) via email and phone and coordinate technical and commercial questions with PreSales and sales
You clarify delivery dates, availability, and prices for our customers and support projects
You maintain and update customer, offer, and order data in the CRM and ERP systems
You process customer orders and coordinate them with the responsible departments and persons
You act as a hub in the back office and work hand in hand with our internal and external specialists, serving as the interface between sales - manufacturer - customers
You actively participate in process improvements that facilitate the "daily business" and increase efficiency
You engage in various cross-country initiatives and programs launched by the manufacturer and ensure their implementation and execution
You implement sales targets and assist the team in gathering market and customer information
What You Bring
A completed vocational training (retail/office) and several years of professional experience in back office and/or internal sales
You are used to setting priorities, working precisely, and keeping your goals in sight even when things get hectic
Affinity for the IT industry - sales and negotiation flair
You enjoy communicating and interacting with customers and manufacturers and use your language skills in German and English – if you can also communicate in French, this is an additional advantage
Proficiency in common MS Office applications - SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system is an advantage
