How you’ll make an impact

Develop new products and core components for High Voltage Circuit Breakers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability

Collaborate closely with engineers, technical experts, and scientists across our global R&D team to drive innovation and share knowledge

Plan, execute, and analyze engineering simulations using both commercial and in-house tools to support product development

Take ownership of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations, playing a key role in technology and product development projects

Transform simulation and testing results into validated designs that deliver strong and consistent performance in real-world applications

Contribute to defining future development directions and actively improve the capabilities of our CFD simulation tools and methodologies

Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports to ensure knowledge sharing and support decision-making processes

Leverage expertise to provide insights that guide management decisions and strengthen global R&D efforts
Your background

Master’s degree in mechanical or high voltage engineering

Experience in power equipment development, especially high voltage switchgear

Proven expertise in CFD application for product development

Practical experience with FEA simulation tools and CAD

Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams

Excellent English skills and willingness to learn German
