Workshop Manager 80-100% (m/f)

As Workshop Manager, you are the contact person for customers, keep the team together and ensure that the employees also feel part of the Robert Aebi family. We all use first names, live a respectful interaction and to further develop the company and the employees, ideas are actively exchanged and further developed.

• Management and coordination of workshop processes
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the workshop team
• Ensuring quality and efficiency in maintenance, repair and servicing of agricultural machinery
• Independent acquisition and management of workshop orders
• Technical advice and support for the team as well as customers
• Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with regulations

• Completed technical training in agricultural technology, mechanical engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical service, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Professional experience with agricultural machinery and forestry technology (advantageous with John Deere)
• Organizational talent, teamwork skills and assertiveness
• Driver's license class B/E
