What you will achieve

• Learn the system knowledge to be able to take co-responsibility for operational management and the implementation of annual goals
• Customer-oriented management of the Take Away
• Daily management of a sales shift
• Active teamwork
• Employee development and assessment

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: in catering
• Professional experience: Ideally several years of professional experience in (system) catering / retail
• Customer-oriented personality with enthusiasm for sales
• Basic business knowledge and entrepreneurial action
• High quality awareness and responsible action
• Resilience as well as flexibility and willingness to perform
• Willingness for flexible working hours and evening and weekend shifts
• PC skills and digital fitness
• German (C1)
