Employee Social Welfare Office 40-60%

The political municipality of Diepoldsau employs – excluding teachers – around 170 employees in various professions and positions in administration, maintenance service, technical operations, student daycare, and the Rheinauen center.

As of February 1, 2026, we are looking to complement our team with an Employee Social Welfare Office.

The work area includes collaboration in all areas of the social welfare office and social assistance, asylum and refugee affairs, as well as integration.

• Processing of applications
• Monthly payments, accounting
• Cooperation with external agencies (work integration, protective authorities, employers, etc.)
• Sustainable counseling of recipients

• Administrative apprenticeship
• Experience in social counseling or similar fields
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Good communication skills
