Metalworker / Chief Assembler on Site

• Technical management and coordination of assembly operations on construction sites
• Assembly of metal constructions (e.g. steel construction, railings, stairs, facades, hall construction, special constructions)
• Assignment, guidance and supervision of assemblers on site
• Ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines and occupational safety
• Contact person for site managers, customers and project managers on the construction site
• Control of materials, tools and machines
• Documentation of assembly progress and completed work
• Support with complex or demanding assembly work

• Completed vocational training as a metalworker, locksmith, steel builder or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in metal construction, ideally with assembly experience
• Experience in leading assembly teams or willingness to take responsibility
• Very good knowledge in reading and implementing technical drawings and assembly plans
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness, teamwork skills and high reliability
• Willingness to travel for assembly activities (regional / supraregional, depending on the company)
• Driver's license class B (BE advantageous)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
