How you inspire
- As part of a succession planning, you will be responsible for managing and developing an existing client portfolio with medium and larger SMEs and foundations from various sectors (focus on healthcare and public law corporations)
- You will maintain and build long-term, trust-based client relationships with companies, representatives, and their networks
- You will take on active market engagement and drive new customer acquisition
- You will advise and support your clients responsibly and actively throughout their lifecycle and key events in close collaboration with the regional Key Client Teams and internal bank specialists
- You will actively represent and advocate for the interests of BEKB at events
What you bring
- You have several years of experience in comprehensive corporate consulting as well as solid knowledge in credit business (operational and investment financing, structured financing, special financing such as succession or M&A transactions, complex real estate financing)
- You have a solid business and/or economics education and ideally further training with a focus on Banking & Finance
- You have an interest and a heightened understanding of how financial markets develop and recognize the investment needs of companies, other institutional investors, and their representatives
- Through your high initiative and entrepreneurial thinking, you actively shape success
- You convince with a high service orientation, a courteous and winning demeanor, pronounced teamwork skills, and very good communication and negotiation skills in German (additional skills in French and English are an advantage)
