Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you…
- are responsible for budget management for sales and marketing activities in Switzerland
- ensure compliance with contractual conditions and monitor financial implications, including contract approvals and bonus calculations
- lead the forecast process for sales deductions & marketing costs and ensure budget compliance
- analyze deviations of sales deductions & marketing between planning and actual status
- handle internal and external audit requests (ICFR, risk positions, auditor inquiries)
- create reports for stakeholders and maintain internal documentation, including KPI management
- take over coordination with stakeholders to ensure processes in your area of responsibility
- analyze TIM investments and sell-out performance and suggest improvements
- manage the marketing sample management (approvals/system maintenance/warehouse management, quarterly audits, trainings)
- lead the budget management department, are responsible for employee development, and innovate cross-functional processes with other departments
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field
- bring 5 years of experience in controlling and have strong organizational skills
- have accounting knowledge in the area of sales deductions and marketing
- are communicative, work under pressure, and have a strong affinity for numbers and processes
- can act as a process owner for complex tasks
- possess leadership skills to manage a small team
- have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (SAP Hana Finance preferred)
- bring additional IT skills (e.g., VBA, Power BI) as added value
- are fluent in English and German
- are resilient, flexible, proactive, solution-oriented, and work as a team player with stakeholders
