Chef de Rang (m/f/d) on an hourly wage 60-80% 

555+ is a Thai street food restaurant. We have successfully tested our concept as a pop-up format at various locations in the canton of Zurich. Now we have found a permanent home in the Hotel Greulich - in the middle of District 4. Meat and seafood grilled over charcoal, homemade curry pastes, sauces, and dips like in the streets of Bangkok. Together with a beautiful selection of natural wines, homemade sodas, and cocktails, we offer our guests an experience that has not existed in Zurich until now. Fun and quality are our top priorities because the Thai way of life should be lived through and through.

This is you:

• Flexible and motivated
• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Training in gastronomy is an advantage, but at least experience in service
• Knowledge of goods and beverages
• Resilient and committed
• Enjoyment in sales and guest care

Your tasks:

• Managing your own service station
• Setting up and dismantling the restaurant
• Independent cash handling
• Supporting the team in all service areas
