Your Tasks
You shape the future of our training and further education – strategically, innovatively, and with plenty of creative freedom. Together with your team, you develop contemporary learning and development solutions for all professional groups of the Concara Group.
You lead our vocational training managers professionally and pedagogically, build an effective continuing education offer, and accompany our leaders and training managers as a competent sparring partner.
With your commitment, you enable our employees real development paths and thus strengthen the attractiveness of the Concara Group as an employer. Additionally, you shape the framework conditions for high quality in our educational landscape and set impulses in training marketing – both internally and externally.
As part of the People & Culture management team, you actively shape cross-departmental HR projects and contribute your ideas where they have an impact.
Your Profile
- Tertiary degree in healthcare (HF/FH or equivalent), further training in vocational education (EHB), educational sciences and/or pedagogy/agogics.
- Further training in management and/or organizational development
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss education system and healthcare
- Several years of professional and leadership experience – ideally in the education or HR environment
- Enjoyment in adopting and advancing trends in learning and development
