Leadership support Head of Digital Solutions 80 - 100%In this role, you work closely with the Head of Digital Solutions. You are directly involved in strategic topics, accompany projects, and also take on both administrative and coordinative tasks. This enables the management to focus on strategic development – by preparing information, independently taking on subprojects, and supporting as a sparring partner.
Your tasks
- Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of leadership and team meetings
- Creation of decision-making bases, presentations, and reports
- Independent handling of administrative tasks (correspondence, appointment and task management, back office)
- Writing and editing documents, memos, and notes
Your profile
- University degree (Uni/FH, ideally Master), preferably in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
- At least two years of professional experience, preferably in project work, consulting, or a comparable function
- Quick comprehension and pronounced analytical skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and sense of responsibility
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-initiated
- Enjoyment of both operational and strategic tasks
- Confident German in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Affinity for digital tools and confident handling of MS Office, MS Teams, etc.
