• Melting various steel alloys in the arc and induction furnace
• Hand casting with stopper ladles
• Setting up and preparing the casting ladles
• Maintenance and servicing of melting furnaces

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally as a foundry mechanic
• Professional experience in foundry as a melter, ideally in steel casting
• Experience in melting with arc furnaces is an advantage
• Committed, flexible, team-oriented, resilient
• Leadership qualities are an advantage
