Your Tasks
- Preparation of apartment handover and acceptance protocols
- Comprehensive coordination and independent execution of apartment handovers and acceptances of rental properties
- Issuing repair orders
- Accounting of invoices as well as general administrative tasks
- Independent preparation of final statements
- Reconciliation of the rental deposit
- Conducting property inspections (residential and commercial spaces) and preparing condition reports
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a real estate agent or a similar qualification
- You have professional experience in direct customer consulting in the real estate sector and preferably experience with apartment acceptances and handovers
- You can communicate fluently in German and ideally in other languages, both orally and in writing
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have a professional and competent appearance combined with engaging manners
- You work independently, precisely, proactively, and think and act entrepreneurially
- You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
