Our new nursing and care center Büelriet offers a private and cozy home for 44 residents. Every day, the entire Büelriet team cares for the residents with great dedication, always with the goal of creating a feeling of being at home for the residents and maintaining their quality of life.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
- Comprehensive, individual, needs- and resource-oriented care and support of the residents with great warmth based on primary nursing
- Active shaping of the daily life of the residents considering their individual needs and social environment
- Executing medical orders, preparing and administering medications
- Performing administrative tasks and maintaining the electronic nursing documentation EasyDoK
- Accompanying and supervising apprentices (if vocational trainer course not completed, interest and willingness to complete the vocational trainer course)
- Completed training as a Nursing Specialist FaGe or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage • Motivation and passion to work in a long-term care institution
- Commitment, empathy, and the desire to take responsibility and contribute
- You maintain a respectful and appreciative interaction with residents, relatives, and colleagues
- Strong social skills, independent and self-reliant working style, flexibility, and openness to change
- A positive and reliable attitude that conveys trust and security • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Knowledge of BESA and EasyDok is also desirable
