Your Area of Responsibility

• You lead operationally and coordinate a hotel service across several wards in the Lucerne hospital and also actively work on the front line.
• You create the staff deployment plans for the entire team and optimize work processes. Together with us, you develop concepts for the hotel service of the new hospital building in 2026 in Lucerne and implement them when the building is occupied.
• In close cooperation with all areas of gastronomy, hospitality, nursing, and nutritional counseling, you further develop the standards to ensure high patient satisfaction.
• The onboarding, evaluation, promotion, and training of employees as well as the training of new FaGe apprentices in the hospitality area are also part of your tasks.

Your Experience

• You have completed training in hospitality or gastronomy and have completed further education in leadership or management. In addition, you have project experience and implementation skills, and you are familiar with the Microsoft environment and digitally savvy.
• Several years of professional experience in upscale hospitality, especially in room service or hotel service, ideally in healthcare, distinguish you. Your proven leadership experience and a pronounced service awareness underline your qualification.
• You bring a high service orientation, organizational talent, and a pronounced quality awareness. Very good German skills (at least C2) in spoken and written form are required, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• You convince through resilience, flexibility, and a thoughtful, solution-oriented working style even in hectic situations.
