Key Account Manager for French-speaking Switzerland and certain regions of German-speaking Switzerland 100% (m/f)
In this varied role, you are responsible for supporting our key customers in French-speaking Switzerland and certain regions of German-speaking Switzerland. In collaboration with our Key Account Manager for German-speaking Switzerland, you ensure the sustainable development of our strategic customers. For business trips related to the position, a modern company vehicle is provided. You work closely with the external sales service, which supports you in implementing commercial activities at points of sale. Your analytical skills help you analyze reports in Excel and Power BI. You also have a passion for tools and are well acquainted with the construction sector.
- Taking care of key customers in French-speaking Switzerland and certain regions of German-speaking Switzerland
- Collecting and providing relevant information on the market/price/competitors/trends/innovations
- Targeted planning of areas and visits according to assigned customer categories
- Price and condition negotiations
- Participation in the design of actions and activities
- Managing the assortment with business partners
- Visiting trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
Your profile:
- Excellent network in the hardware trade and/or trades close to construction
- Sales-oriented further education providing you with theoretical basics
(federal diploma level or higher) - Proven commercial talent for more than 5 years
- Flawless French, spoken and written, and good command of German
- Good knowledge of Excel and ability to prepare data
- Comfortable with ERP systems (preferably Navision or SAP) as well as CRM
Service-oriented, you prioritize customer satisfaction, follow-up, and portfolio development. You are hungry for success and want not only to achieve sales targets – but to exceed them!
