Tasks:
- collaborates with the Section Head in managing the Logistics Section
- manages the Design and Implementation Area according to defined objectives
- takes charge of specific projects and participates in working groups
- leads the area collaborators respecting the defined objectives
- assists in preparing messages, decisions, and responses to parliamentary acts and consultation procedures
- implements Section objectives by translating them into goals for their own area collegially with other management members
- ensures the pursuit, development, and implementation of the real estate strategy approved by the Council of State
- guarantees the execution of design and implementation activities within the cantonal administration's real estate projects
- manages, together with the Section Head, relations with the logistical coordinators of various departments regarding the management of real estate projects of the cantonal administration's assets
- controls and verifies the annual budget and decisions according to decision-making delegation limits
- promotes the development and training of their collaborators
Requirements:
- bachelor + master in architecture, or bachelor in architecture; alternatively bachelor + master in civil engineering or bachelor in civil engineering
- adequate professional experience in the construction sector
- knowledge of the regulatory framework, particularly the main legal aspects related to construction with reference to public procurement provisions or commitment to acquire it
- experience and skills in managing complex projects
- personnel management skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary working groups focused on problem-solving
- analytical, decision-making, and initiative skills, even in complex and high-pressure situations
- communication skills adapting the message to the interlocutor, listening, mediation, negotiation, and conflict and change management
- independence, sense of responsibility, autonomy, precision, discretion, and reliability
- ability to plan activities respecting set objectives
- organizational skills oriented towards process and service efficiency
- good spoken and written knowledge of Italian and another official language
- familiarity with common IT systems (Office package, etc.); knowledge of the SAP application regarding modules used at the Logistics Section is a plus
- flexibility in working hours and stress resistance
- knowledge of the cantonal territory, institutions, reference bodies, and related dynamics
- category B driving license

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment rate), flexible or according to service needs
