We operate in the dynamic healthcare sector and in a demanding and challenging labor market. For the Data and Analytics staff unit, we are looking for a committed and innovative personality as a Data Engineer (m/f) 80–100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Become part of our five-person team! With data, analyses, and modern platforms, we lay the foundation for well-founded decisions in the pharmacy environment. We are currently developing our data landscape towards the cloud (Azure / MS Fabric), building governance, and establishing data as a basis for decision-making. For this, we are looking for you: You have a strong technical background and an interest in analytical and professional questions.
This makes your everyday work exciting:
As a Data Engineer, you take overall technical responsibility for our data platforms. You work
closely with the team leader, other data engineers, and a data analyst. Depending on the topic and your
strengths, you are responsible or co-responsible for the following tasks:
- Further development of our data warehouse and data interfaces within the defined architectural framework
- Operation, maintenance, and optimization of data integration and transformation processes
- Technical implementation of ETL routes and data pipelines
- Collaboration in the integration of new data sources and applications
- Creation, further development, and administration of BI reports and dashboards (especially Power BI)
- Conducting data analyses, plausibility checks, and interpretations
- Participation in data, analysis, and cloud projects, including migrations
Your profile
- Education or studies in computer science, business informatics, data engineering, data science, or comparable
- Very good knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric, ideally also with MSSQL and SSIS
- Practical experience in building and operating ETL processes, data pipelines, and interfaces
- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, preferably with Power BI
- You work precisely but do not lose sight of time management and pragmatism
- Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
