- Independently set up and operate Mägerle, Rosa, Geibel & Hotz, and Ziersch flat grinding machines.
- Create and document grinding programs directly at the machine.
- Measure and clamp precise individual parts for small to medium series grinding.
Skills
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechanic/polymechanic or equivalent training.
- Several years of experience in CNC flat grinding.
- Reliable, independent work with a high quality standard.

About the job
Your tasks:
- Independent setup and operation of our surface grinding machines Mägerle, Rosa, Geibel&Hotz and Ziersch
- Creating and documenting grinding programs directly at the machine
- Reclamping and measuring precise individual parts, which are ground in small to medium-sized series
- Self-inspection with first-piece control
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of our grinding processes as well as in the continuous improvement process at the workplace (CIP).
- Periodic maintenance of machines and equipment
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as mechanic/polymechanic or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in CNC surface grinding
- Independent, reliable work with high quality standards
- Flexible, team-oriented, self-initiated, communicative, quick comprehension
- Working in 2-shift operation
- German spoken and written
