Your Tasks
You lead and plan the nursing department at Domicil Schönegg and ensure the care, nursing, and treatment of clients according to the care and nursing concept. As a leader, you face special challenges that require your social skills. You act confidently in nursing and possess a high level of empathy in personnel management as well as business management knowledge. You are responsible for the three nursing teams with around 43 employees. Together with the three team leaders, you further develop the area and guarantee high-quality nursing. As a member of the management team, you are motivated to successfully manage change processes and influence qualitative, human, and financial operational success.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Leadership training and leadership experience
- Experience in acute or long-term care
- Independence and initiative
- Service and customer orientation
- Organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and solution-oriented working method
- Networked thinking
- Communication skills
