- Co-design, accompany and implement future-oriented change and development processes
- Personnel management of around 10 employees as well as active deputy of the patient coordination management (approx. 20% of the total workload)
- Active support of the MPA team in everyday work
- Active management of clear workflows, efficient use of resources, and ensuring reliable quality and hygiene standards
- Design and implementation of training to promote professionalism and work quality
- Responsibility for the Fast Track and/or HNP area
- Operational support of the extended management team
