Tasks
- Professionally greet guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist with individual guest requests and complaint management.
- Collaborate daily with Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Kitchen teams.
Skills
- Completed training in hospitality or a similar qualification.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, additional languages a plus.
- Proficient in hotel software (PMS) and MS Office, organized, and service-oriented.

Guest care and service
Professional greeting, check-in and check-out of guests
Support with individual guest requests
Complaint management in cooperation with the supervisor
Collaboration with other departments
Daily exchange with housekeeping, restaurant, and kitchen
Ensuring smooth processes, especially during arrivals and departures
Support with administrative processes
Correct handling of hotel software (PMS)
Processing reservations, guest correspondence, and billing
Quality assurance and service orientation
Active participation in maintaining our high service and quality standards
Contribution to the continuous improvement of guest satisfaction
Representation of the establishment
Friendly and competent contact person – in person, by phone, and in writing
Representing our philosophy through professional appearance
Education and professional experience
Completed training in hospitality or comparable qualification
Professional experience in the front office area, ideally with insight into coordinating or managerial tasks
Teamwork and sense of responsibility
Experience working with colleagues and cross-departmental teams
Independent, structured working style and willingness to take responsibility
Communication and organizational skills
Very good oral and written expression in German and English (additional languages are an advantage)
Organizational talent as well as a professional demeanor in guest contact
Guest orientation and resilience
Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct guest contact
Confident handling of complaints and challenging situations
Technical understanding
Confident use of common hotel software (PMS) as well as MS Office
Familiar with check-in/check-out processes and administrative procedures at the reception
