About the job

The Weinfelden Senior Center specializes in the care of senior citizens. In total, we have 109 places in the nursing area and 20 senior apartments, which can be provided with in-house Spitex services if needed. We also operate a hospice apartment and are certified in palliative care. Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism for the well-being of our residents – passion for us in care and support.

Ensuring high-quality care and support in changing situations for residents during the night

Compliance with legal and operational hygiene regulations

Requirements

Training as Assistant in Health and Social Care, Nursing Assistant, Nursing Aide SRK

Experience in long-term care

Experience in dealing with elderly people

Flexibility, resilience, and initiative

Openness, trust, and respectful interaction

Joy in the profession and a good sense of humor

Adherence to processes and structures within a team

Very high quality awareness

Very good German skills, spoken and written
