Nursing Specialist HF/FH for the Psychiatry Competence Center 60-80%

Your tasks

You apply your expertise specifically in outpatient psychiatric care
As the case-leading nursing specialist, you independently manage the entire care process of your clients and conduct needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH
In close collaboration with relatives, doctors, clinics, and other specialist agencies, you ensure holistic care
Within the team, you represent your colleagues internally and externally and actively participate in committees of the Psychiatry Competence Center
Within our self-organized team, you take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of the Psychiatry Competence Center

Requirements profile

Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
Several years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry (ideally with ZSR number)
Enjoyment of a varied work environment as well as independent, responsible working methods
Responsibility for the entire care process of your clients
Driver's license category B, ideally with own vehicle
