Your Tasks

• You will independently take care of maintenance and repair work as well as maintenance measures on our systems
• Through remote access to DDC systems and control centers, you will resolve disturbances both remotely and directly at the customer's site
• You are our specialist for troubleshooting, error analysis, and monitoring of our systems to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Through regular maintenance and service work, you ensure that our systems always run smoothly and efficiently
• You support and advise our customers in their daily work and are a competent contact person for them
• According to a set plan, you will take turns on call duty and ensure that our customers receive quick assistance even in emergencies

Your Profile

• A completed training in the electrical industry, industrial electronics, or building technology, ideally supplemented by further training in building automation, forms the basis of your know-how
• Several years of experience in customer service, especially in dealing with ventilation systems or control and regulation systems (SPS/DDC), you already bring with you
• Knowledge of SAIA and Beckhoff is an advantage
• Experience in building automation and regulation technology would be ideal, but interest in this area is equally valuable
• Your pronounced service mentality and your sensitivity to customer needs make you a valuable contact person on site
• You work independently, flexibly, and reliably, while your craftsmanship always finds the right solution
• A driver's license of category B rounds off your profile and makes you mobile for our customers
