YOUR TASKS

• Prepare and accompany strategy workshops as well as create analyses and presentations
• Coordinate strategic projects and support major projects such as the Outpatient Clinic Meilen
• Conduct lean analyses, KAIZEN initiatives and Gemba walks
• Support quality management, patient safety, communication and events
• Independently organise meetings, appointments, minutes and administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Ongoing or recently completed studies in business administration, health economics, health care management or comparable
• Interest in hospital processes, strategy and lean management
• Analytical skills, quick comprehension and independent working style
• Organisational talent, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good MS Office skills as well as confident German language skills
