CERTIFIED NURSE HF 40-70%
Your tasks
In addition to the professional care and support of our clients and their relatives, you are also the contact person as the nurse responsible for the day for all employees on the route. You support your colleagues with questions or emergencies. You coordinate and plan care according to the specifications of nursing diagnostics and ensure the implementation of the entire care process involving all actors.
Your profile
You enjoy actively working with a motivated team and appreciate the daily new challenges. You like to work independently and take responsibility for your actions and the clients entrusted to you. In addition, you have a quick grasp and good PC user skills.
