To complete its therapeutic team, the Foundation is looking for a:
Occupational Therapist at 75%
Your mission:
Ensure the evaluation, care, and therapeutic follow-up of residents in relation to their functional autonomy, according to medical prescriptions and identified needs.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to optimize the abilities and quality of life of beneficiaries.
- Manage auxiliary means, adaptations, and therapeutic equipment, including their prescription, implementation, training, follow-up, maintenance, and renewal.
- Participate in the arrangement of living, activity, and work spaces to promote autonomy and safety.
Your profile:
- Degree in occupational therapy HES, ES or equivalent title recognized by the CCT.
- Specific skills related to physical disability issues
- Experience in an institutional context would be an asset
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- Ability to communicate and ease in contacts.
