For our service-technical team, we are looking for a
Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ (100%)
You must bring:
A completed apprenticeship as a Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ and several years of professional experience, preferably in a similar or related institution. You are an independent, reliable, team-oriented person with organizational talent and a strong technical flair, possess good oral and written German skills, and have good IT user knowledge. You think and work goal- and service-oriented and act responsibly. You are flexible, resilient, open to change, and do not lose your sense of humor. Additionally, you enjoy working with elderly people and treat them with respect. Experience and/or further training as a safety officer is a great advantage.
Your main tasks:
You always ensure flawless and uninterrupted use of the property, facilities, and infrastructure. This includes maintenance work and troubleshooting technical equipment and the outdoor area. You have contact and coordination with third-party companies. Occurring manual tasks, inspections, and support during events and activities complete your daily routine. You also share responsibility for safety and fire protection areas.
